aXiom Zorn is an aggregate of professionals with different skill sets. Our skills include, but not limited to: Project Management; M&E; ICT; Finance and Investment; Agri-business; and Risk Management. We also outsource specific skills for particular projects, where the need may arise. In addition to this, we have a network of regional coordinators, field agents and extension workers.

We have a team of   software and database developers who design and develop systems as per client needs. We have an agricultural scientist charged with the development of agricultural content and agricultural data management.

In terms of corporate governance, we have a board that governs all the activities of aXiom Zorn. Our board is supported by the HR and Administration Manager, the Technical Director and the Executive Director. The Executive Director has a vast expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation and is an ICT4D specialist with over 20 years of experience. 

We have a team of over 200 Grassroots agents from the communities who engage their fellow members whenever we require information. These are supervised by the sub-county supervisor who reports to the district supervisor who then reports to the Regional Coordinator. As the need for real-time data grows, we are able to engage the field team more frequently to support in grass-root data collection and also support them to find and develop agripreneurship opportunities as agents, such as a last-mile supply of inputs within their networks.
